The LifePath Systems Board of Trustees provides oversight to the LifePath Systems staff. The trustees responsibility includes: creating and approving policies to be used in managing and operating the center; hiring, evaluating and consulting with the Chief Executive Officer; and providing financial supervision. All of our trustees are volunteers, are directed and governed by Texas statutes and are appointed by the Collin County Commissioners.

Board meetings are held monthly in accordance with Open Meetings and Open Records regulations. Meeting agendas and schedules are posted at the Collin County Courthouse and are generally scheduled for the fourth Thursday of each month beginning at 7 p.m. at one of the three main LifePath locations. The public is encouraged to attend the meetings and is invited to give testimony about community needs, successes or areas of operations needing improvement.
